Wilfrid Laurier University Deployables
General Info
Service/Purpose
The suite of deployable systems can be used to support the development of baseline and timesensitive
data on water quality to assess environmental change. The system can generate
spatially resolved water quality data (temperature, pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen,
chlorophyll-a) without being tethered to a boat. Side-scan sonar also enables bathymetry
mapping. Highly trained personnel from user groups must be approved by the contact person
prior to use or paid technical support can be arranged.
